SkillDuel Africa: Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

SkillDuel Africa is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Skill-Based Competition Platform. We provide the digital infrastructure for users to challenge one another in games of skill, such as our "Bottle Spin" reflex challenge. KT Technology Limited acts as a technology intermediary and service provider.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming is permitted.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws.

3. Skill-Based Gaming vs. Gambling

• SkillDuel Africa is not a gambling or sports betting platform.
• Outcomes are determined by the user's physical or mental skill (e.g., timing, reflexes, and strategy).
• We do not offer "House" odds or "Games of Chance."
• No user competes against the platform; all competitions are strictly between human players.

4. Financial Terms & Transactional Escrow

• Not a Bank: KT Technology Limited is a technology firm, not a financial institution, bank, or Mobile Money Operator (MMO).
• Match Credits: Funds added to your account are "Match Credits" intended solely for paying entry fees for competitions.
• Escrow Policy: We act as a Transactional Escrow Agent. When a match begins, the entry fees are held in temporary escrow by the platform and settled immediately to the winner's balance upon the conclusion of the match, minus our fixed platform service fee.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed through our licensed settlement partners (Moniepoint MFB). For security, withdrawals must match the name on the user's verified bank account.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

• All match results are final and generated by our automated game logic.
• Once an entry fee is committed to an active match, it is non-refundable unless a technical error on the platform prevents the match from completing.
• In the event of a dispute, the platform's server logs shall be the final authority.

6. Limitation of Liability

KT Technology Limited shall not be liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or unauthorized access to your account. Users are advised to play responsibly.
